Policies / review draft

Agree the rights and handling route before sharing restricted material.

Pre-launch policy draft · 3 October 2026

The operating entity is confirmed. The business email, final service providers, retention rules and project terms still need confirmation before this document becomes the approved website policy.

This page is available for review and is excluded from search indexing while it remains a draft.

Initial enquiry

Start with a non-confidential summary. No secure upload service is connected to this website. Sending a summary or preparing a brief does not by itself execute an NDA.

Project rights to record

Identify the owner and authorised uses of character art, logos, stories, packaging, performer or synthetic voices and knowledge documents. Record the intended products, regions, channels, duration and any approval requirements.

Website images illustrate concepts. They are not a grant of character or brand rights to a buyer.

Proposed restricted-material workflow

Before file exchange, the project team should agree the NDA and necessary project permissions, approved recipients, supplier disclosure rules, storage route, access ownership and removal or return procedure.

Case-study publication and promotional reuse require a separate recorded permission. The final project agreement should state ownership of work and licences rather than relying on a generic website statement.

AI and voice scope

An AI project needs approved source material and a rights record for any voice use. The agreed terms should cover permitted processing, vendor access, knowledge updates, expiry or withdrawal and end-of-service responsibilities.

This draft does not claim that a customer-isolated backend, automatic deletion service or supplier NDA is already active. Those controls must be verified for the selected project route.

Next step

Prepare the initial brief and identify restricted material without attaching it. Agree the secure exchange route with the responsible project owner before transmitting it.
